It is far faster and the answers you get are far higher quality. I tried to contact them over a 13 day period thru email and voice mail and never got a single response until I started going farther up the chain.By far the best way to contact them about questions is their forum. 2 days later I get an email saying it was coming back Nov 2. I dropped my early adopter oct 8, there was no advantage to it at he time. I was thinking it was 300 for life, but now when I go the the ADSK forum some of the links about it are moved or gone so I can't say for sure.
